About Me

I am core faculty at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, where I teach writing, literature, and theatre course and direct Shakespeare productions. Iwrite both poetry and fiction and am the author of six books of poetry: chapbook, The Frog Princess, White Pine Press (1985); eBook Lubbock Electric, by Argotist ebooks (2012); chapbook Benign Protection Cervena Barva Press (2016); edited print edition of Lubbock Electric Nixes Mate Books (2018); chapbook, Chernobyl Nixes Mate books 2019; full-length collection of poetry, The Deepest Part of Dark, Unlikely Books, NOLA, (2020); and a forthcoming collection with the Lily Poetry Press in 2023.  I am presently working collaboratively with on collection of ekphrastic poetry from the photos of Lisa Levine – Mary Light in Texas, and a novel The Virgin Bitch, with my fiction writing partner, Lisa Risley.  I am  busy.
